The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. In live betting, odds can change rapidly. If odds are displayed incorrectly for any reason, Kirikaya reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's wallet. For unresolved outcomes, Kirikaya's decision shall be final.
At Kirikaya, you can deposit funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Wallet deposits are generally processed instantly, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Funds will be returned solely to the payment method used for the original deposit.
